Mr. Fulton founded the Fulton Law Corporation with the idea of placing clients first. The firm’s motto, “measured advice, zealous advocacy, and tireless dedication” is more than just a slogan. It is how we practice law.

Mr. Fulton has litigated against many of the largest corporations in the world and has obtained favorable results through trials, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.

Mr. Fulton’s experience includes discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour trials and settlements, including wage and hour class actions with multi-million-dollar results. Mr. Fulton has litigated jury trials throughout various counties in the State of California. He has also handled cases in Nevada, working through local counsel.

Mr. Fulton graduated in 1999 from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he was awarded the Emil Gumpert Trial Advocacy Award in recognition of outstanding achievement as a trial advocate. He also was a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court. Prior to attending McGeorge, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government from California State University at Sacramento. He has lived in the Sacramento Valley since 1973.
